A few years ago, I became obsessed with using my creative ideas to host amazing events.After designing countless events for my children, and later for my friends and family, I decided to launch my business. I learned how to dip treats, decorate cakes and paper craft products after taking some free classes on a whim. Developing these skills unlocked my creative side, and I begin to design and use my own party products to style my events. Creativiti Custom Designs and Events was officially launched in August of 2015 with Dare’s Safari Shower. I custom designed Safari themed treat boxes, party favors, centerpieces and more to style her event. Her dessert display was the center of attraction, because of the variety of treats and themed party favors. My dessert tables consist of custom designed treat containers (boxes or bags), themed or color coordinated snacks/treats, and loads of candy! I like to think beyond common items like dipped fruits, gum balls and cupcakes. Creativity is key!Since launching, I have been blessed with the opportunity to style numerous social events like birthday parties, baby showers, retirement parties, and other celebrations. I have also planned community forums, and other professional events like the “Economic Empowerment Summit” at New Covenant Baptist Church, and the Woodlawn and Washington Park Summits.
